Zhexun Chen (Jeffery)
M.S. student in Software Engineering at Xidian University. My research focuses on recommender systems, particularly generative recommendation, retrieval-augmented learning, and temporal interest modeling. I previously interned as a full-stack developer at Taelor and as a backend developer at Tencent IEG, and I am pursuing my graduate research under the supervision of Prof. Guangneng Hu.
Research Interests
- Generative Recommendation — semantic identifier representation, permutation-invariant set encoding, contrastive learning for representation alignment
- Retrieval-Augmented Recommendation — transferring LLM semantic knowledge into generative recommender frameworks
- Sequential Recommendation — modeling interest structure, drift, and multi-scale temporal dynamics
Recent work has been submitted to KDD 2027 and AAAI 2027. See Papers for details.
